Just A Smile is happy that we were able to make donations to both Smile Train and Operation Smile again this year!
Both organizations provide free cleft lip and palate surgeries to children in impoverished third-world communities world-wide. Without organizations such as these, many of these children would not be able to afford the surgeries and care that they desperately need.
